There is nothing I can do to AVOID illness.
Most “lifestyle diseases” can be AVOIDED through learning a new lifestyle.
I only go to the doctor when I feel something wrong or just for a check-up to see if any illness has “appeared”.
I can incorporate tools to take care of myself and take charge of my health for a fuller life at any age.
